KDPW_CCP provides its participants with two communication systems for the exchange of system messages and correspondence (SWI and GUI), as well as the possibility to view basic information on cleared transactions (GUI).
As regards the participants’ performance of the obligation to provide KDPW_CCP with financial information and information on the value of exposures to other central counterparties, the preferred methods are:
- SWI;
- e-mail - at ccp@kdpw.pl from the address previously indicated in the list of persons authorised by the participant to contact KDPW_CCP.
Important! Documents sent to KDPW_CCP via SWI or email over the internet should be encrypted using a method approved by KDPW_CCP (Methods of confidential exchange and processing of electronic documents) if the transmitted information includes inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on the market abuse, it should be marked as “inside information” and additionally encrypted.
