Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt, and if the matter a longer processing time, the participant who submitted the complaint is informed of the new processing time, but no longer than 30 days.
If the matter to which the complaint relates:
- requires the adoption of a resolution by the KDPW_CCP Management Board, the complaint is processed under the applicable procedure
- does not require a resolution to be adopted by the KDPW_CCP Management Board, the complaint is reviewed by a person authorised by the KDPW_CCP Management Board who informs the participant in writing of the manner in which the complaint has been closed immediately after closing the complaint.
