KDPW_CCP provides clearing services as a CCP in accordance with: the authorisations granted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Statute, the Rules of Transaction Clearing (organised trading; unorganised trading), the Rules of Clearing and Settlement of EUA/EUAA Sale Transactions, resolutions issued thereunder, and internal procedures.
