He started his professional career in 1993 with Polish brokerage houses (Beskidzki Dom Maklerski and Biuro Maklerskie CERTUS).

Since 1997, he has been affiliated with KDPW, initially as Head of the Clearing Section and then as Director of the Clearing House. He was one of the key persons responsible for the spin-off of the clearing house KDPW_CCP from the structure of KDPW. Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at KDPW_CCP since 2011.

From 2008 to 2010, he served as a Member of the Management Board of Izba Rozliczeniowa Giełd Towarowych (IRGiT).

Member of the Board of EACH (European Association of CCP Clearing Houses) since 2016.

Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and IESE University of Navarra where he completed the Advanced Management Program.
