Implementation of new solutions for OTC and ETD trade, collateral and valuation reporting
New IT tools implemented on 27-28 April 2024 address the amendments introduced by ESMA in:
Solutions have been implemented in the KDPW_CCP system for OTC and ETD trade, collateral and valuation reporting in compliance with the new regulations applicable to the KDPW trade repository.
We confirm that the trade, valuation and collateral reporting delegated to KDPW_CCP on behalf of clearing members and their clients takes place without delays at T+1.

- Regulation No. 2022/1855 of 10 June 2022 – regulatory technical standards specifying the minimum details of the data to be reported to trade repositories (EMIR reporting RTS),
- Regulation No. 2022/1860 of 10 June 2022 – implementing technical standards with regard to the standards, formats, frequency and methods and arrangements for reporting (EMIR reporting ITS).
