KDPW_CCP Wins Financial Order for Active Account Service
The clearing house KDPW_CCP has been awarded the Financial Order in the Capital Market category for its Active Account service. The Financial Order is an annual award presented by the editors of Home & Market magazine for solutions offered in various sectors of the financial industry to promote top financial products available on the market.
EMIR 3.0 imposes an obligation for EU market participants that clear certain OTC derivatives in EUR and PLN in third-country CCPs to have an Active Account, i.e. a clearing account with an EU authorised CCP.
