Obligation to confirm the delegation of reporting of derivative transactions to KDPW_CCP

In connection with the roll-out of IT tools addressing the amendments under EU Regulation 648/2012 (EMIR REFIT), scheduled for the last weekend of April 2024 at KDPW Group, we would like to kindly remind you of the obligation to confirm, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation, the delegation of reporting of derivative transactions to KDPW_CCP. Therefore, before 29 April 2024, please send to KDPW_CCP an XML message acmt.rqc.001.03 (NKK data change) containing the required e-mail address; its receipt will be confirmed by the feedback message acmt.stc.001.03 sent to you. The status message is sent to participants who have active clearing accounts with the indicated NKK, and there is no need to overwrite email addresses for the client as only one will be forwarded to the TR.
