Penalty fees

As part of the cash penalty mechanism, KDPW_CCP performs the following operations:
 
  • carries out the redistribution of losses incurred on the part of KDPW_CCP as a result of fines assessed by KDPW on participants causing suspensions in a given month,
  • handles payment orders in the designated settlement bank for a given currency.
