In connection with the Resolution No. 18/25 of the KDPW_CCP S.A. Management Board dated 11 February 2025 the amendments to the Agreement on Access to KDPW_CCP’s Services via the GUI Application entered into force on 28 February 2025.
The amendments are aimed at implementing a new application for communication with KDPW_CCP using unstructured files, called KDPW_CCP Correspondence. All existing users of the GUI system will have access to the application. No additional action is required from KDPW_CCP participants: in order to enable the use of the new functionality, KDPW_CCP Correspondence, the Agreement on access to KDPW_CCP’s services via the GUI application has been modified (the definition of the clearing system has been clarified, the description of the application has been added, and the participant is required to provide access by at least one user).

In connection with the Resolution No. 43/22 of the KDPW_CCP S.A. Management Board dated 11 October 2022 the amendments to the Agreement on Access to KDPW_CCP’s Services via the GUI Application entered into force on 5 November 2022.
The amendments to the Agreement on Access to KDPW_CCP’s Services via the GUI Application concern the authentication method, which will involve multi-factor authentication (MFA) for logging into the GUI Application user account. Authentication will rely on the KDPW Group Authenticator mobile application as an additional authentication factor of the Access Account for users to access the GUI Application under the licence granted by KDPW. Authentication to the Access Account will require the user name and password for the Access Account combined with an additional authentication factor: identity confirmation using the Mobile Application. The use of the Mobile Application will not be required where the user logs in on a computer or mobile device using a browser registered by the user as trusted. These changes are part of a project to modify in the authentication method in the KDPW Group.
